Job Overview
Provide engineering drawings and overall technical and application support to meet the company's business requirements, focusing on thermal product solutions and data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Key person responsible for thermal products technical support and solutions.
- Assist the Sales Account Manager in site surveys, cost estimates, technical proposals, and quotations.
- Provide enablement and design support to Data Centre Consultants on Vertiv product solutions.
- Deliver AutoCAD layout drawings, engineering, technical and application support including CFD simulation.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality design services to make Vertiv a preferred choice for customers.
- Maintain drawings, catalogues, white papers, and technical reference materials in an organized manner.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products and industry best practices.
