Technical Service Center Lead – Vacuum Valves

VAT GROUP in Batu Kawan, Malaysia, is looking for a dedicated technician to coordinate after-sales service and manage service center activities. The role involves ensuring quality and timely servicing of vacuum valves, along with maintaining optimum stock levels.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential, alongside familiarity with the Dynamic D365 MRP system.
