Technical Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications inready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc. Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, settingtime, durability, etc. Evaluate and approve raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites Provide technical support to production and project teams Analyze test data and prepare technical reports Ensure compliance with relevant standards Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions PreferredSkills Experience in R&D or product development Knowledge in green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag) Experience with batching plant operations Experience in other building material example Flooring, epoxy mortar,injection, waterproofing etc. Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction, building ma...
