Job Description
Single or Multiple Accounts / 1 technology - Works Independently and is able to troubleshoot and make decisions. Under general supervision, undertakes pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers. Coordinates, investigates, and recommends new business tools for users as requested.
