TECHNICAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support to the production machines and ensure tasks performed are completed within full cGMP compliance Operate the production machines and ensure production meets daily output Perform mould set-up and mould insert cleaning as and when required Use optical and mechanical devices for measurement and inspection of moulded parts Perform in-process quality inspection during production to ensure the quality of products meet specifications Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs or fixtures Support new machines setup Perform data collection and recording of machine and process data on specified data log book or record sheet. Ensure all processes and activities carried out are consistent and comply with approved procedures and meet quality standards Suggest areas of improvement based on current line condition/troubleshooting experience Other ad hoc duties assigned
