Drive excellence in facilities operations at Sheridan as the Technical Services Manager - Electrical. Lead a skilled team focused on innovative building projects and infrastructure improvements.
The Technical Services Manager reports to the Director, Reliability and Operations, overseeing a diverse group of staff, contractors, and students. You will manage capital and operational projects while developing strategic initiatives that address institutional needs and enhance sustainability. Key responsibilities include budget management and fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations and planning for facilities and infrastructure
• Manage staff, trades, contractors, and students across campus
• Develop strategies to solve operational challenges
• Prepare technical specifications for public tenders
• Oversee energy management and optimization initiatives
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or related
