JOB SUMMARY
Lead and manage a team of software developers, delivering high-quality software solutions to agreed specifications and project deadlines.
Oversee the design, development, implementation, and developer-level testing of user interfaces, server components, and system interfaces.
Ensure software is secure, scalable, compatible, maintainable, and aligned with best practice development standards.
Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with ICT specialists, suppliers, BSO teams, and HSC organisations to develop and support integrated digital solutions.
Apply technical expertise and knowledge of Health and Social Care (HSC) ICT systems and infrastructure to deliver effective software solutions.
