Technical Support Analyst: Customer Champion & Bug Sleuth

Sana Commerce in Dubai is seeking a Technical Customer Service Specialist. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and partners, managing tickets to ensure satisfaction while collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, alongside at least 5 years in a technical customer service role within the IT industry. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, and proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
