Position Summary

As a Technical Support Associate (US) at realworld one, you will contribute to building a new category around one of the largest unmet opportunities in industrial enterprises: execution performance.

Working closely with our global teams in the US, Germany, and India, you will support customers across North America by preparing and managing XR hardware, providing first-line technical support, assisting with technical inquiries, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
