Role: Technical support Engineer
Years of Experience: In an approximate range of 2 to 6 years.
Key Skills: Technical Support, Healthcare, Troubleshooting, US timing, EMR and Pharmacy Integration.
Location: Bangalore, India and Continental US
Candidate must have min 2-4 years of experience in Technical support using different support channels like Chat, Email, On Call, etc… (Preferably Technical Support Process – Healthcare).Should have ability to look into logs, monitor services running and able to identify problem areas.
