Our main product is a digital payments software platform WAY4 – a card processing system.
We provide our payment software platform for banks, processors, telcos, national switches, fleets, and other companies across various regions globally.
Core Responsibilities On-call Support: Participate in scheduled shifts to provide continuous support coverage.
Incident Management: Perform initial assessment, analysis, and resolution of client inquiries and technical issues.
Operational Support: Support clients' daily operations within Way4 modules, addressing any errors or performance issues.
Technical Consulting: Advise client stakeholders (IT Managers, Engineers, DBAs) on technical and functional aspects of Way4 products.
Bug Tracking: Identify and reproduce reported issues/bugs in a test environment.
