Technical Support Engineer H/M

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to operation team focused on all engines.

Provide technical support to customers focused on engines.

Load and support technical failure investigations, root cause analysis, and problem-solving. Initiatives within the engine maintenance process.

Provide technical expertise for engines maintenance modules and piece part repair, ensuring compliance with all aeronautical regulations, manufacturers standards and internal quality standards to ensure the engine airworthiness.

Integrate special customer requirements into work procedures to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency of engine.

Be in contact with OEMs, vendors, customers, and internal teams to improve repairability, serviceability and overall performance of the product.

Work as key interface between internal stakeholders, manufacturers, and customers focused on improvement, conferences, and technical discussions.
