Job Description
Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai, is currently looking for an After‑Sales Service Technical Engineer – Rotating Equipment (Compressor). The position may be based in either Dubai or Saudi Arabia, and the candidate must be willing to work in either location as required.
You will be responsible for after‑sales service support for process gas compressors across the Middle East, India, and Africa. The role combines technical support, customer relations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Proactive Support
- Regular customer visits and technical meetings
- Proposal of preventive maintenance and service solutions
- Advisory support for spare parts planning
- Overhaul scope discussion and technical clarification
- Troubleshooting
- Emergency first‑response coordination
- Root cause analysis and discussion with the technical team
