Technical Support Engineer - Thermal

Brief Job Description: 

The Thermal Products Technical Support: 

• Provide expert technical support for thermal management products and solutions within the Data Center sector. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, local partners and customers to resolve technical issues, optimize product performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Specialist will leverage in-depth knowledge of thermal systems to assist in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of solutions tailored to customer needs.
