Technical Support Intern

Job Responsibilities :

Technical Support Intern responsible for handling internal and external support cases, performing troubleshooting, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve response quality, efficiency, and issue resolution in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage alerts on Slack and AWS dashboards.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve daily issues.

Gain exposure to AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization.

AI-Assisted Responsibilities:
