Technical Support & Internal Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a proactive Technical Support & Internal Sales Representative to provide first-line customer support, coordinate service activities and assist customers with technical enquiries and sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the technical and sales teams.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric with Mathematics (minimum C symbol or equivalent)


• Previous experience in Technical Support, Internal Sales, Telesales or Customer Service


• Technical knowledge or interest in generators, engines or electrical products will be advantageous


• Telesales or service coordination experience will be advantageous


• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)


• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills
