Working Hours:
Requirements
- Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops, and fast food establishments across the US and Canada.
- Work on computers (offline, online, remote) and company equipment such as card terminals and POS systems.
- Conducted product setup, training, and demonstrations and resolved incidents and issues related to the companys equipment and services.
Working Hours:
- Shift 1: 08 PM 04 AM
- 5.5 days per week
Requirements
- Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5 6.0 or equivalent)
- Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
