Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound technical support inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, or device-related issues.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to help customers resolve technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay up to date on product updates, features, and common technical issues.
- Meet performance metrics such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call handling.
