Job Description
Kardium Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for Electrophysiology Systems in a hybrid work model. Provide essential technical support for the Globe® PF System while collaborating closely with clinical teams.
In this experienced role, you will serve as a key contact for field teams facing technical challenges. You will utilize your expertise to support the Globe® PF System while maintaining a high level of technical knowledge, especially concerning electrical systems and software. Participate in designing support structures that align with our global strategy and engage with product designers to facilitate new launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary point of contact for technical issues
• Provide urgent technical support for field teams
• Maintain SME-level knowledge of Globe® PF System
