- Provide support and technical assistance to users.
- Assist clients by resolving their incidents.
Requirements
- Advanced English level for written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- IOS / Windows troubleshooting experience.
- VPN support experience.
Working Hours & Location
Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On site, only in Hermosillo.
