Responsibilities

  • Provide support and technical assistance to users.
  • Assist clients by resolving their incidents.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level for written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • IOS / Windows troubleshooting experience.
  • VPN support experience.

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On site, only in Hermosillo.
