Technical Trainer & Field Application Specialist

Our client, leading provider of smart lighting control solutions, is looking for a technical training & field application specialist for their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver brands' Fundamentals and Advanced Training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams (online and in-person).
• Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and certification programs aligned with brand's official training framework.
• Travel as required to support regional training and partner enablement activities.
• Maintain and regularly update training materials, demo kits, and technical documentation to reflect latest product updates and best practices.
• Track and manage participant progress, feedback, and certification records .
