Youll use your hands-on expertise in PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, and rework/repair to train and mentor engineers of all levels, and youll play a central role in shaping future industry talent.
The Technical Trainer will: Be comfortable with Nationwide travel (mostly in Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury areas).
Deliver high-quality, engaging training in PCB and wiring assembly, hand soldering, and rework/repair in alignment with IPC standards.
Train, mentor, and coach individuals and groups with varying levels of technical experience.
