Technical Watch Trainer – SWS

We are looking for a Technical Watch Trainer to develop the next generation of watch technicians working in one of our key business units, Swiss Watch Services. You will be responsible for providing training and support for the apprentices following the WOSTEP 1,800 hour course in our brand new training center. You will also work alongside our Head of Technical and the General Manager to deliver training for our in‑house technicians to continually improve and update technical skills within our workshops.

• Provide training for apprentices following the provided program to deliver competent aftersales service technicians.
• Maintain annual training calendar, lesson plans, accurate training records and training media.
