Job Description
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems (e.g., filters, refrigerants, coils).
- Clean and replace air filters, ducts, and other components to ensure efficient system operation.
- Check refrigerant levels, and inspect compressors, fans, and motors for performance issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance for all the pipings and grease trap in store outlets.
- Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature settings.
- Provide regular reports on the system’s performance and any potential issues to the management.
- Maintain accurate service logs and records of all work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
