Job Description
Responsibilities
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction with Company’s Aftersales service
- Liaising with customer to arrange the bus to be serviced and repaired
- Perform diagnosis on vehicle for fault finding
- Open job card in Maximo system and demand parts
- Carry out repair/service job & servicing of battery, etc
- Diligent recording of all info in service report (mileage, parts list, fault codes, etc)
- Update to customer the progress timely
- Get customer to sign on service report to acknowledge the repair jobs
- Provide breakdown support to customer
- Carry out recall /warranty job as documented by MAN
- Other functions & adhoc jobs as required by superior
- Basic oral and written communication in English
- Customer service orientated
- Professional and able to adapt to situational changes
