Job Description

• A cellphone technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. They work to fix hardware and software issues, providing essential services to customers in a retail, repair, or service center setting.
• High school diploma; some positions may require a technical certification in mobile device repair or electronics.
• Previous experience in mobile device repair or a similar field is often preferred. On-the-job training may be provided for candidates with technical aptitude.
