As a Technician – Engineering (Hotel / Facilities) at SEARCH COLLECTIVE, you will be responsible for providing essential engineering support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's hotel and facilities. This full-time role is based in the Singapore River Central Region.

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on building services equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialist maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
