Technician I, Manufacturing Process

Support the manufacturing processes, which may include, but are not limited to, assembly, chemistry, injection molding, or equipment design of products. Ensure materials, documents, and processes are compliant with the established company practices and procedures. Aid in researching innovative ideas and contribute to process optimization initiatives through continuous improvement projects. Focus is on both theoretical and practical solution development through the application of the scientific process. Job duties:

Work with a variety of process and manufacturing equipment. 

Identify, troubleshoot, and repair common equipment failures.

Provide operator training and monitor document conformance. 

Identify and correct common process or manufacturing issues. 

Support production or process development as required.
