Technician II - Test

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Test Technician performs engineering work. Work at this level is not complex. Some wide variety of complex technical tasks will have engineer’s instructions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs calibration checks on electronic instruments.
Perform unit test to support production schedule.
Conducts semi-routine engineering and detailed experimental tests.
Keeps detailed and accurate logs on all assigned activities.
Participate in yield and continuous improvement action.
Help to control SPC and GR&R.
Assists engineers to design, development, construction, and evaluation of test fixture and equipment.
Understands, sustains and maintains test program, maintains test equipment system with Test Engineer support.
Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
