We are seeking a highly efficient Field Service Technician who brings current OEM certifications and a laser focus on customer satisfaction to every task for the Ketchikn, AK and surrounding market. This role is built for the candidate who thrives working autonomously in the field, managing their service territory, and consistently executing complex repairs quickly and effectively with little need for oversight.

Field Service Technician Duties

  • Execute Expert Repairs: Conduct comprehensive, high-quality repairs on specialized multi-function equipment, focusing on diagnosing root causes to significantly reduce repeat service calls and minimize customer downtime.
