In this role, you will support the daily operations of our coworking spaces by ensuring that all facilities are well‑maintained, safe and functioning at peak performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Workplace operations support:
- Conduct daily workplace inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all workspaces.
- Monitor and resolve minor maintenance issues (lighting, temperature, plumbing, furniture).
- Support space planning activities including desk arrangements, meeting room setups, and moves.
- Perform equipment checks and troubleshoot AV and IT infrastructure (non‑technical level).
