**A Snapshot of Your Day**

**As a technician manager, you work alongside three other managers to oversee a team of 150 technicians. During outage season, your primary responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching technicians to various jobs. Once the technicians are on-site, you follow up with them to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. Additionally, you coordinate with the project manager (PM) at the job site to confirm that the outage is on schedule, allowing you to plan the technicians' next assignments accordingly. In the off-season, your focus shifts to maintaining the technicians' certifications, organizing any necessary training and having performance reviews with your direct reports. Following this, you concentrate on recruiting and onboarding new technicians.**
