Technician

- To assist in providing plans and layout advice for projects - To assist in procurement of AV hardware and software, ensure needs of the projects are adequately prepared - To plan, maintain and monitor project timeline and timely intervention as well as storing & transporting of equipment - To perform rack & stack, onsite installation, upgrading of devices/softwares, troubleshooting and repair of equipment, networking and other inhouse projects at customers' premise(s) - To complete electrical wiring and trunking, programming and basic construction of set-up (use of ladder may be required) - To be responsible for managing, testing and commissioning of CCTV, ELV equipment, Bluetooth devices and other required devices - To ensure all testing, configuration, staging and upgrading of the projects assigned are completed on schedule. - Liaise with client(s) on the requirements - Conduct quality control analysis prior to event - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and softwa...
