Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Singapore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair on audio-visual equipment, and performing field service visits to client sites. Daily activities also include effective communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.

• Experience in Troubleshooting and conducting Preventive Maintenance / system health checks.


• Responding to fault calls and troubleshooting AV-Related issues.


• Hands-on experience with control systems, DSP and video conferencing platforms (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Shure, Logitech, Microsoft Teams, Neat, Cisco, Yealink, Webex, & Zoom)


• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
