Technician

• Maintain the day to day engineering operations of the hotel
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Perform repairs timely and efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgement
• Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals
• Be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency
• Maintain the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building Technician or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in facilities maintenance
• Willing to do night shifts
