Technician Supervisor

Job Scope: Participate in the installation, operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, telecommunications, CCTV, and other building systems and equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works for building facilities, guestrooms, offices, and common areas. Install, inspect, maintain, replace, and repair mechanical equipment including kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ventilation systems, fresh air and exhaust systems, trolleys, rubbish bins, wheels, and other fittings. Clean, lubricate, protect and maintain all tools and equipment in the service apartments. Perform troubleshooting and implement effective resolutions for equipment faults and system breakdowns. Monitor and maintain Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems, ensuring proper operation and immediate response during emergencies.
