Position/Title Techno Functional Consultant – ETRM
This role is part of the Professional Services team and requires strong implementation experience with sufficient technical expertise, operating at the intersection of technical implementation and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide Ready‑to‑Serve and development support. Design, develop (code), test, and debug applications.
Troubleshoot and present custom solutions to all potential customer problems.
Analyze applications for compliance with security protocols.
Research defects and solve for root cause in applications; research upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
Enhance current systems and achieve better integration across a business.
Respond to queries from the client’s side, ensuring timely resolution and delivering the solution on time.
