Technology Analyst Internship (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Communicate with client subject matter experts to understand and analyze business problems and pain points.
• Gather and define technical, operational, and user requirements; assist with conceptual architecture and technical solution design that is efficient, resilient, scalable, secure, and reusable.
• Develop and implement solutions on various technology platforms following SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
• Identify or support creation of use cases/process scenarios and expected outcomes for the delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and rollout phases with client SMEs to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support to client businesses.
