Job Description
Our client is launching a new business and establishing a new manufacturing facility in Singapore. They are seeking a Technology Development Design Senior Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced substrate manufacturing. Reporting to: Technology Development Process Manager or as assigned Responsibilities 1. Design & Engineering Support - Perform Design Rule Check (DRC) activities and manage related system registrations. - Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and review customer feedback to improve design outcomes. - Prepare, manage, and support customer approval of product specification drawings. - Review first article development results in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for high-volume manufacturing. - Provide technical and engineering support for both in-process production and full-scale manufacturing. 2....
