Technology Governance & Operations Manager - PMO (Banking) Job Responsibilities
- Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and governance insights to support strategic technology and business decision‑making on a daily basis.
- Lead audit readiness activities, including evidence coordination, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting across multiple technology domains.
- Monitor operational risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and lifecycle compliance, ensuring timely resolution and effective escalation of issues.
- Manage vendor governance, procurement coordination, contract renewals, third‑party risks, and technology asset lifecycle activities efficiently.
