Technology & Intellectual Property Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate the technical and legal aspects of services and product agreements to ensure alignment with company‑approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intellectual property (IP) positions;
  identify risks, sensitize technology teams, and negotiate with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Assist with contract review and negotiations for company products, including AI‑based and AI‑enabled offerings;
  collaborate closely with business and technology teams to understand technical and commercial context, and translate requirements into clear, enforceable legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research on emerging technologies and global AI regulations and proactively update internal guidance and contractual positions based on regulatory developments and industry trends.
