**Position Summary:**

The **Technology Manager,** **Asset Performance Management (APM)** is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Sylvamo’s APM capabilities. This role drives initiatives that enhance asset reliability, Overall Machine Efficiency (OME), optimize maintenance practices, and leverages digital technologies—such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and IoT—to reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
