Cooley is seeking a Meeting Engineer to join the technology team.
Position summary: The Technology Meeting Engineer is responsible for the firm's strategy, governance, support, and lifecycle management of the firm's Zoom platform and global meeting services. This role ensures reliable, secure, and high-quality meeting experiences across all offices by designing scalable Zoom architectures, establishing operational standards, and leading global meeting support operations. The Technology Meeting Engineer oversees the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of Zoom Rooms, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Phone integrations, and related AV technologies. The role partners closely with Audio Visual, Network, Security, and Office Technology Managers to ensure collaboration technologies are standardized, secured, optimized, and consistently supported across the firm.
