Description  
You will be operating within the Production support services team of TST domain which spans 3 functions namely SES, TAS, & Trade Finance Lending domain which is a subdivision of Corporate Bank Production Services. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: 
To lead and drive resolution of functional and technical issues to resolution as primary role. (user request tickets, functional incidents, troubleshooting functional, application, and infrastructure incidents in the production environment of various incident severity). 
Drive delivery of identified initiatives to automate manual work, application and infrastructure monitoring improvements and platform hygiene. 
Drive recovery of p3h and above incidents (functional and technical) Preparation and distribution of comms as well as updates to senior stakeholders.
