Technology Products Launch Lead

Job Summary

The Technology Products Launch Lead is responsible for ensuring that technology-enabled products, services, and platform capabilities delivered through OneX are successfully adopted by the business. This role owns the change management lifecycle for product implementations - from stakeholder readiness and communication planning through training, rollout, and adoption measurement. Under OneX, the Business owns adoption and change management. This role ensures that ownership is supported with structured methodology, proactive planning, and hands-on execution. As S2 capabilities evolve, this role drives the business readiness required to realize the full value of the firm’s technology investments.
