Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from technicians, vendors, and contractors through a call queue
  • Make outbound calls as required to support rollout projects
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support during technology implementations
  • Update tracking applications and perform system validations
  • Provide project updates via email, Excel, and internal tools when not handling calls
  • Support multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously
  • Ensure project implementation protocols are followed
  • Adapt to projects occurring across evenings, nights, and multiple time zones

  • Schedule & Training
  • 8-hour shifts , with flexibility required for day/night project support
  • Shift changes will be communicated in advance
  • Paid training: 5 days per week, onsite
  • Training hours will fall between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may vary by candidate)...
