Your key responsibilities
Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance (Staff 3-6 years) Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, UK Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis. Experience in maintenance and support, maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Manages the Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration. Design, modifies and implements Guidewire product suite. You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
