We are looking for professionals committed to their growth, interested in working long-term in the industry as Pig Farm Technicians in highly tecnified facilities. Note: This position is as Operator, not as Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities: Artificial insemination, care of births, animal treatment, castration and cutting of piglet tails, pressure washing of facilities, registration of activities and treatments, movement of adult animals, manual feeding of animals.
Work Conditions: Usual schedule: 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Average of 90 to 100 hours per two-week period One day off per week Location: various farms in states such as North Carolina, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky, among others Extreme weather conditions according to the season (cold in winter and heat in summer).
