Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on soldering of LED modules and strips
• Fabrication of custom LED connections and jumpers
• Clean solder joints with proper insulation and strain relief
• Experience with heat shrink tubing and proper cable dressing
• Modify LED circuits to suit custom sign sizes
• Testing continuity and polarity before installation
• Repair of damaged LED connections on site

Experience

2–5 years

Required Skills

• Understanding of current, voltage drop, and load limits for LEDs
• Experience with soldering and LED module assembly
• Knowledge of electrical safety and wiring standards
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and schematics
• Teamwork and a good attitude
