Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications infrastructure and network systems.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of telecom towers, shelters, and critical power systems.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize microwave radio networks, including:
- Point-to-Point (PTP) systems
- Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) systems
- Licensed and unlicensed frequency solutions
- Perform network performance analysis and troubleshoot service disruptions to ensure high network availability.
- Support OSP fiber network deployment, testing, maintenance, and fault resolution.
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute network projects.
